For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, Karalius Brothers (Waste) Limited has notified the Office of The Information Commissioner that it operates a monitored and recorded Closed Circuit Television Camera System at it’s Oakley House premises.

The Data Controller at Karalius Brothers (Waste) Limited also processes and holds data which is exempt from notification under the Data Protection Act 1998. Although these activities do not require notification to the Office of The Information Commissioner, all such activities are carried out in a way which upholds an individual’s rights under the Data Protection Act 1998.

The collection and use of all data is strictly limited and controlled. Further to this, access to any data held is strictly controlled by means of both physical and electronic security measures maintained at all times.

These security measures along with data protection procedures are reviewed regularly to maintain the highest possible standards and working practices on an on-going basis.
